Victoria Diersen is the Analytical Method Development Manager within the Process Development group at Lentigen Technology, Inc., a Miltenyi Biotec company. With more than a decade of experience spanning toxicology, assay development, and process analytics, she leads the design, optimization, and qualification of analytical methods supporting lentiviral vector manufacturing and process characterization. Before joining Miltenyi, Victoria spent over seven years at the Institute for In Vitro Sciences, where she contributed to advancing non-animal toxicology testing. Her earlier academic research at the University of Kentucky focused on human physiology, pain mechanisms, and genetics. Throughout her career, Victoria has combined scientific rigor with a collaborative leadership style to drive innovation and ensure analytical excellence in cell and gene therapy process development.
